MEMORIAL FOUNTAIN PLAZA, PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, 2011: The Memorial Fountain Plaza is the heart of Palm Beach. This project was a collaborative effort with the University of Miami’s Alumni Studio, and Florez Lopez Architects. It began as a research and schematic design proposal for an abandoned portion of Australian Avenue directly between the historic fire station and an Addison Mizner designed fountain on South County Road in the Town of Palm Beach. It evolved into an urban analysis of the surrounding area. This project was featured in a presentation to the centennial committee in April, 2011, marking the 100 year anniversary of the founding of the town.
