ABBOTT HOUSE, SURFSIDE, FLORIDA, 2023-25:
This extensive renovation and addition to an existing home reworks each of the bedrooms and bathrooms while extending the house into both the front and rear yards. A new entrance courtyard establishes a more deliberate arrival sequence and provides a central outdoor space around which the renovated house is organized.
